Mitchell & Dent have recently been compared to Basil Zempilas in the Perthonality stakes which is one of the loveliest compliments we have ever had. If you aspire to Heath Ledger status (probably a bad choice, but we’re going with it), you’ve got to start somewhere. We think we’re in good company and if you want to spend a weekend working your way through the best Perth has to offer in Perthonalities, blog style, start here…

Thanks mates! I have also just started The Asia Beat, which I hope one day can enter these august rankings. I have decided I don’t like the news and am going to write all my own from scratch from now on.

Oh my goodness! I feel so undeserving to be put in a group with these fantastic Perth blogs. After my exam, I want to write an online guide to Perth (Design Sponge style).
Here’s a thank-you post: http://cerebralexcrement.blogspot.com/2010/06/i-heading-for-big-things.html
I have about 100 “Perth” blogs on Google Reader (but a couple of the ones on your list are new to me!) although some of them update infrequently (even less often than Perth’s Best!). Some of my favourites are B&M Felt Blog, Champ & Rosie, Intimate Vignettes, Sardonic Smile and Stompface (oh, and Mr Bird)! I will link them on my blog roll if you can’t find them.

Oh, and for lovers of The Worst of Perth, you might like to come along to hear Andrew Macdonald wax lyrical along with Becky Chilcott from Chil3 about the suburban and the sublime… http://events.agda.com.au/calendar/458/from-the-sublime-to-the-suburban
Ahh you guys, we are oh so flattered.
Awww guys I’m positively tickled pink to be on your list
